"I called to get a lower premium for my home owners insurance. Living in Florida, I expect it to be high but this year it doubled in price. "I have used the Russ Vorhis office for several years, but lately I have not had very good service. I have been getting the run around on my daughters new policy. The have over charged her because they didn't send her the drive safe module for her car and will not credit her. Along with other problems. Looks like I will be looking for a new insurance company for my policies."

"Been with them for years. Hit a rough patch in life as is to happen. They jack up my rates by over 30%. No warning or explanation. Typical insurance company behavior. The classic Matt Damon vehicle Rain Maker comes to mind. They treat you like garbage at this location. Stay away!"

"Had the most pleasant experience speaking with TIJRAH she explained everything to me and was actually able to save me over $100 a month on my policy she was so very helpful .
